In addition to daily maintenance, the following tasks need to be added:

1. Check the voltage of the generator battery and the specific gravity of the electrolyte. The specific gravity of the electrolyte should be 1.28-1.29 (at an atmospheric temperature of 15 ℃), generally not less than 1.27. Also, check whether the level of the electrolyte is 10-15mm above the electrode plate. If it is insufficient, add distilled water as needed to supplement it

2. Open the side cover plate of the machine body, pull the locking spring plate of the coarse filter screen of the oil chestnut, take out the coarse filter screen for cleaning, clean the oil fine filter and coarse filter every 200 hours, and then replace all the oil (if the oil is relatively clean, the replacement time can be extended)

3. When the diesel generator set uses a B-type high-pressure oil pump, the oil level in the fuel injection pump and governor should be checked, and oil should be added if necessary

4. Add lubricating grease or engine oil that meets the regulations to all oil nozzles and other areas

5. Clean the air filter, remove the dust from the dust collection tray, remove the filter element, and use vibration or compressed air (pressure 98kPa -147kPa) to blow outward from the middle to remove the dust adsorbed on it

The air filter consists of three parts: a rain cap, a cyclone blade, and a paper filter element. After the air is sucked in from the rain cap, it passes through the cyclone blade ring inside the cylinder body. Due to centrifugal and inertial forces, most of the dust particles in the air fall into the dust collection plate at the back of the cylinder body. Smaller dust is filtered out by the paper filter element, and the filtered air is then sucked in by the turbocharger and enters the diesel generator set. For the convenience of removing dust and replacing the filter element, the outer shell of the filter, the filter element, and the dust collection tray can all be disassembled. The - r | in the dust collection tray is placed for manual dust removal.

The air filter should be regularly maintained according to the following requirements:

(1) After every 50-100 hours of engine operation (depending on working conditions), the rear cover needs to be opened to remove dust from the dust collection cover.

(2) After every 100-200 hours of engine operation, remove the filter element and clean it by blowing vibration or compressed air (with a pressure of 98kPa~147kPa) outwards from the center.

(3) When the engine operates for 500-1000 hours or when the exhaust smoke is too thick or the exhaust temperature is too high due to clogged filter elements, a new filter element should be replaced.

(4) Keep the filter element dry, and replace it with a new one when it is perforated or contaminated with water or oil.

(5) It is strictly prohibited to clean the filter element with any oil or water.

(6) This air filter is equipped with an air filter maintenance indicator. If a "red" signal appears on the maintenance indicator, it indicates that the filter element of the air filter is blocked. Maintenance should be carried out according to the above method. After maintenance, press the rubber cover on the top of the indicator to restore the indicator light to "green", indicating that the air filter can work normally.

6. Every 200 hours, the filter element and housing of the fuel filter should be removed, and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in diesel or kerosene; If a rotary fuel filter is used and the diesel engine has been working for about 250 hours, the rotary filter cleaner needs to be replaced to ensure that the cleanliness of the diesel entering the high-pressure oil pump meets the requirements. When replacing, simply unscrew the diesel generator set filter element and housing from the filter seat, replace it with a new filter element assembly, and install it on the filter seat. To ensure sealing, when installing the new filter element, A small amount of engine oil can be applied to the upper sealing ring end face, and then screwed into the filter seat. At the same time as replacing the filter assembly of the diesel filter cleaner mentioned above, the oil inlet pipe joint of the oil transfer pump should also be disassembled. The inner coarse filter core should be cleaned in diesel and then installed in the oil transfer pump to prevent blockage of the coarse filter and affect the oil supply of the oil transfer pump.

7. Clean the turbocharger oil filter, wash the filter element and pipes in diesel or kerosene, and then blow dry to prevent contamination by dust and debris; Clean the engine oil filter every 200 hours, rotate the handle to remove oil stains on the surface of the filter element, or place it in diesel for brushing

8.Move the turbocharger rotor by hand. If the rotor does not rotate flexibly, smoothly, or stops rotating quickly, it indicates that the bearing part may be excessively worn, or there may be friction or jamming between the rotor components and the fixing parts. It may also indicate severe carbon accumulation on the turbine end sealing plate at the back of the turbine. At this point, it is necessary to remove the turbocharger, check its radial clearance value and axial movement, analyze the cause of the fault, and find ways to eliminate it.

9. Check if the fastening screws of the connecting pressure plate between the turbine casing and the intermediate casing are loose and tighten them

10. Remove the compressor casing, brush and clean the dirt on the compressor impeller and the flow passage of the compressor casing

（3）Secondary technical maintenance

In addition to following the technical maintenance items, the following tasks will also be added:

1. Check the injection pressure of the injector, observe the spray condition, clean the injector and adjust it if necessary (the injection pressure of 437 injector is 18.6MPa, and that of 532 injector is 23.5MPa)

2. Check the condition of the fuel injection pump and adjust it if necessary

3. Check the timing of the gas distribution and the advance angle of the fuel supply, and make necessary adjustments

4. Remove the cylinder head, check the sealing and wear of the intake and exhaust valves, and grind and repair them if necessary

5. Check the water pump for leakage and repair or replace it if necessary

6. Remove the side cover plate of the engine body and check for any water leakage from the lower end of the cylinder sleeve. If necessary, remove the cylinder, Replace with a new rubber sealing ring

7. Remove the front cover plate and check if the fuel injection plug and spray hole on the transmission mechanism cover plate are unobstructed. If they are blocked, they should be cleaned up

8. Check for oil or water leaks in the oil cooler and water radiator, and repair them if necessary.

9. Check the tightness of the connecting rod screws, crankshaft screws, cylinder head nuts, and engine body bolts. If necessary, remove them for inspection and tighten them again to the specified torque

10. Check the wire joints on the electrical equipment, and replace them if there are burn marks

11. Clean the engine oil and fuel system pipelines, including cleaning the oil pan, oil pipelines, oil cooler, fuel tank and pipelines, removing dirt and blowing them clean

12. Clean the cooling system

13. Determine whether to remove the turbocharger based on the engine operation. If necessary, remove the turbocharger and perform the following tasks: clean the turbine end sealing ring, turbine end sealing plate, carbon deposits and dirt in the turbine impeller and intake housing, clean the intermediate shell oil chamber, check the wear of the floating bearing, consider replacing spare parts based on the size of wear, check the wear of the oil seal ring, and check for sintering or loss of elasticity, Otherwise, consider replacing spare parts
